Restricted Driving Co. minimizes the information collected through this website. We do not ask customers to upload court orders, driver-license numbers, addresses, legal documents or IID records.

Amazon and Payhip process transactional information under their own policies. Cloudflare may process limited technical and aggregate analytics data to operate and measure the website.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product-page views and clicks to Payhip or Amazon. A click is recorded as an outbound click, not as a completed purchase. Campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign may be retained in session storage and included with these marketing events. We do not include driving, court, license or other sensitive information in marketing analytics.

Optional free-tool measurement

Allow RDC to count interactions with the Path Finder, free resources, language links and product checkout links on this device.

This optional measurement starts off. It records the page and type of interaction. Practice dates, minutes, initials and checklist answers stay out of these events. Clear the checkbox to stop future optional events. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override this preference. The existing site measurement described above is separate.

Practice entries

RDC excludes the Meta Pixel and AdSense loader from both practice-entry pages and both first-license checklist pages. The practice tracker keeps entries in page memory unless you choose to save them on your device. Unchecking the save box removes the saved copy.

Advertising

Restricted Driving Co. may use Google AdSense on selected free informational pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device or browser information, and advertising identifiers where applicable to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and support personalized or non-personalized advertising where permitted. Product, checkout, account, support-form and legal pages are not intended as advertising content surfaces.

Google privacy messaging or another Google-certified consent-management platform may present choices where required, including in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Available choices and advertising behavior may vary by location, browser settings and applicable law. See Google's advertising technologies information.

Cuestionario y contactos en español

El cuestionario en español puede recopilar respuestas generales sobre la meta, grupo de edad, tipo y vigencia de licencia, educación vial, etapa del proceso, inquietud sobre el idioma del examen y código postal. Si una persona decide guardar su ruta, recopilamos su correo electrónico y, de manera opcional, nombre y teléfono. Para rutas de menores, solicitamos el contacto del padre, madre o tutor.

Guardamos estos datos en Cloudflare D1 junto con la ruta calculada, la versión y estado del consentimiento, la página de origen y parámetros de campaña. No vendemos datos personales. No compartimos datos de contacto con un socio sin una autorización separada cuando corresponda. Los clics a socios y productos pueden medirse sin colocar correo o teléfono en la URL.
